Seattle Wiimbledon at 911 Media Arts: Success!

If you were there, you most certainly remember it. And if you didn’t make it, you’re probably wishin’ you did.  Last weekend’s Wiimbledon (held at 911 Media Arts Center in Seattle, WA) was an unmitigated success.  Wiimbledon is part Wii Tennis tournament, part improv theater and part interactive video performance, and both audience members and cast/crew walked away with a smile after the zany tourney was complete last Saturday, April 11th. Top honors went to Korby Sears and Steve Okimoto (RacketSaurus) for snagging the championship from Jon Mitten and Sam Kirk (Wiinis Envy) in the final round.  We’ll be updating this blog regularly with photos and videos from the event, so stay tuned!  In addition, we’ll be announcing future Wiimbledons, as well as other wacky video game/improv theater concoctions! It just keeps getting crazier!
